Delivery Options Explained
When a small business sells items from tiny vases to dressing tables there’s no one stop shop for delivery so I’ve come up with a system which offers as much flexibility as my web platform will allow, while keeping the cost to a minimum.

A purchase of one item that is small enough to be send through Royal Mail will be sent via 2nd class recorded post. If the item value is over £50 then it will be sent 1st class recorded. Postage costs are included in the price of these items. As directed under each of these products kindly select:

If you purchase a large item then these options apply, even if you have purchased a smaller item as well:
​
1. Standard Shipping £0.00

2. Free Pick up from Store
​
Your item is located at SO24 9SP. When you select this option it means you have suitable transport and have double checked that the maximum dimensions listed on the website will fit into your transport OR you are happy to arrange your own collection through a suitable courier. I will provide at least one person to help with moving the item into your chosen transport.

3. Delivery within 10 mile radius of SO24 9SP

This means you do not have suitable transport and you have clicked on the Radius link below and checked that you live within 10 miles of SO24 9SP. I will be happy to deliver to you for a flat fee of £20.

4. Quote me a Courier
​
This means you are happy for Courtney to get a quote from www.shiply.com for the item(s). Prices range from £40 - £250 depending on size and distance from SO24 9SP. She will call you with options for quotes and payment will be taken separately after the item is purchased. Alternatively, you can message her on WhatsApp or Messenger on 07734944855 with your name, postcode and the SKU code of the item you would like delivered and she will arrange to receive quotes prior to your purchase. Courtney takes no responsibility for the courier company’s handling of any goods in their possession.

If you are ordering a smaller item which would normally be sent via Royal Mail and a larger item which needs a separate courier, kindly choose from the three options listed above and Courtney will be in touch to discuss how you would like the smaller item sent.
